Destin's Main Attractions

Hello everybody.
 As stated in my earlier blog, I do live in Destin.
 As also stated in that blog post, I am going to talk about Destin's attractions, and what goes on at them.
 Well, besides the obvious fact of my being Destin's main attraction, I would say Destin Commons is the most obvious place and most definitely the place to go for all kinds of things. Gargantuan movie theater, (The Rave, thank you), multiple stores, ranging from clothes to candy, many kids attractions such as the bubble thingamabob, that you get in and walk around in a bubble in water, and of course a moderately sized playground with gushing geysers just beyond.
 At this time of year, we have a massive Christmas Tree, and Christmas songs blaring over the speakers. Destin Commons is an outdoor mall, and I think that is the best way for a mall. Having a breeze coming through the streets, having the warm sun on your shoulders... fantastic! It makes shoe shopping bearable!
 Now some of the others are the beach, (of course!), the Outlet Mall, (another outdoor mall), the Whaling Wall... all fantastic places! Now, while these are stupendous, everything in Destin practically happens at Destin Commons. Parties, treasure hunts, movie going sprees... most people go to Destin Commons. They have special things happening nearly all the time, with giant sales at Bass Pros or a multitude of R.V.s parked in the parking lots going for real low prices, and once I saw helicopter rides being given out!
 But to tell the truth, one of the best things I ever do at Destin Commons is go with the family. We bike ride, fill up our cups with Zoe limeade, and hit all these different stores! Its a blast! Especially when the whole family is here. My older bros really make a difference. You ever want to get tackled down, just ask them.
 Least but not all in Destin Commons are the restaurants... We at one point had a sushi bar, (gone...) burger places, fish places, pizza places, ice cream places... Fantastic.

Now after this I will start cataloging crazy experiences of my life in Destin, funny and/or otherwise.
